This interactive, three-day course is designed for aspiring supervisors, newly promoted leaders, and individuals seeking to develop their leadership skills. Participants will complete a personalized DiSC assessment and receive expert instruction from two certified DiSC facilitators with over 40 years of experience in law enforcement.
This leadership class focuses on developing the skills and knowledge necessary to guide and motivate individuals and teams toward achieving shared goals.
